The Cozy Nest

This apartment is a hidden treasure and a well kept secret! Elegance and Serenity at its’ best. A second floor apartment with a separate entrance in a safe neighborhood. Ocean views from the bedroom, living room and kitchen. It is the entire 2nd floor of a house  in a U-shape with spectacular views in each direction. 10 minute walk to the beach.

Full kitchen with panoramic ocean view through clear sliding doors.  Fully screened.  Counter top burners, large toaster oven, and fully equipped for most cooking needs.   Several chefs have lived there.  Dining table with 2 chairs.  There is a little balcony off of the kitchen where you could move the table and chairs and  enjoy outdoor dining whenever desired.  Additional chairs and table in the living area if needed for occasional guests.

Living room is on a covered deck with a comfy L-shaped couch.

Queen memory foam bed. High quality bedding. Guests have remarked it was the most comfortable bed they ever slept on.

AC in bedroom.

TV screen that you can connect to your computer for larger screen or to watch shows via your own media accounts.

Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler bag, iron and board, etc.

Filtered water throughout….direct from the taps.  Internet and AC included.  (AC may be an additional charge dependent upon usage.)

Sheets and towels can be laundered as requested during your stay at no cost.

We thought of everything you might need!  If not, ask!

High Season Nov-May: $100-120/night; $1500/month (except for Holidays)

Holiday rates mid-December to mid-January: $150/night; $1650/month

Mid Season June-July: $85/night; $1300/month

Low Season August-October: $55-75/night; $950/month

Minimum stay or booking 6 nights. Discounts for 2 week+ stays.  Long term 3-12 month rates are negotiable.  Maid service for long terms may be provided every 2-3 weeks.

$500 refundable damage/security deposit and a $75 departure cleaning fee are required.

No Pet policy. However, owner may approve certain pets.
