This is a very cozy home in a great location with a fully stocked with kitchen supplies.  Manager who lives upstairs is a private chef and stays in the house when he is in the area.

There is a sofa in the LR for extra guests…and a bench with a foam mattress great for one small person.

May 15-November 15   $60/night; $400/week; $600/month

Nov 15-May 15 $80/night; $550/week; $750/month

Rates are double occupancy rates.  Inquire for rates with more people.

$300 Security Damage deposit is required.

No internet. Guests use their phone for internet.

Departure maid fee will be deducted from Security Deposit refund and will range $50-100 dependent upon condition of the housel
