About Us

Steven Monaco and Rhoda Jacobs, the managers of Baraka en Todos, are homeowners in the Las Tunas community of Todos Santos and are also involved in the process of developing their own properties adjacent to their home. Feeling blessed for having Todos Santos as their home, they named their company Baraka en Todos. Baraka means “blessings” in many Eastern languages including the ancient Sanskrit language, Hebrew and most languages of the Sufi sects. When they moved to Todos Santos in December of 2005, they saw the need for quality property management services... and decided to fill that need.

They both have had extensive experience in managing property, projects, tasks and people. 

Steven has been a Designer/ Builder of custom homes in Oregon, Wyoming, California, Colorado and Maui, Hawaii for over 30 years.  Steven understands design/construction, water supply/plumbing, electrical, and irrigation systems.  He is a tremendous asset to any homeowner's property management team.  He can also be contracted for special services such as designing your Baja home or an addition/renovation to an existing structure; or  for project/construction management  for new home construction or renovations.  Steven is a valuable resource to create the environment that relaxes your soul.

Rhoda had her own business for over 30 years managing a large staff of people in New York City, as well as owning and managing her own properties in New Jersey and Hawaii.  Rhoda has extensive expertise in dealing with people and overseeing tasks, and has strong detail oriented and organizational skills in record keeping, meeting deadlines, communication with clients, and clients consider her to be highly responsible, efficient and likeable.  She has a wide network of connections in the areas of Todos Santos, Pescadero, and Cerritos and has been very successful in helping her clients find what they need.
